Linda A. Artiano

Principal

A trusted advisor and attorney to small business owners throughout the South Bay, Long Beach, and Orange County areas, Linda A. Artiano specializes in employment-related matters. She has over 20 years experience as an attorney, and more than 15 years specializing in employment law. She is known as the "lawyer for the employer."

Whether it is contracts, reviews, terminations, investigations, sexual harassment, or compliance, Linda has the knowledge and experience to protect employers and their businesses.

Clients trust Linda as a small business owner herself, and enjoy the peace of mind that her proactive guidance provides. Preventing problems before they start and bringing clients up to speed on employment-related knowledge essential for business owners makes her advice invaluable. Because when it comes to state and federal compliance, Linda knows small businesses are expected to know as much as multinationals.

When not on the job, Linda enjoys numerous speaking engagements on employment law, mentoring entrepreneurs and working as the official scorekeeper for the Peninsula High School Basketball teams. She also likes to travel, work on her fledgling golf game, and spend time with her grandchildren.
